It is required that all staff, members and guests adhere to the established Rules and Regulations that are posted at the club and on our web site. Also, it is expected that everyone behave in accordance with the following Code of Conduct at all times, respecting the rights and dignity of others. This includes:Obeying all pool rules, pool management, lifeguards, coaches and swim instructors and not engaging in arguments with staff. Employees are required to enforce the Rules and Regulations for the benefit of everyone and provide for a safe and healthy environment. Parents need to support the lifeguard’s enforcement of rules including disciplinary actions when needed. Parents of young children need to watch them at all times just as you would at the beach or a water park. The lifeguards are not babysitters. Speaking in respectful tones, refraining from the use of vulgar or derogatory language. Resolving conflicts in a respectful, honest and caring manner, never resorting to offensive language, physical contact or threatening gestures. Respecting the property of others, never engaging in theft or destruction. Creating a safe, caring environment; never engaging in maliciousness or misbehavior on club property.
Anyone who violates the club’s Rules and Regulations or does not conduct themselves appropriately according to the Code of Conduct will be subject to suspension or expulsion from the club.
