Lessons will be held in the evening at your convenience, and will be taught by the assistant coaches: Shannon Foreman, Delaney Fox, Adam Keup and Annie Nunes. Matt Aungst will also be available in some instances (Matt has 8 years of coaching experience with Team Delaware and Delaware Swim Team).

Rates for lessons will be $10 for 20 minutes, and $5 for every 10 minutes after that.
